By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. General

These terms apply to all products offered on our website and to all agreements made between you and Quilíbrio, located in Naaldwijk, The Netherlands.

2. Products & Availability

We do our best to display product descriptions, colors, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT (if applicable).
Payment must be completed before your order is processed. We accept secure payments via iDEAL, Apple Pay, Credit Card, Klarna, Google Pay.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 1–3 working days after payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
We are also not responsible for delays or errors caused by third parties (e.g. shipping carriers).

7. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR. Your information will never be sold to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (images, text, design, logo, etc.) is the property of Quilíbrio and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
